Western's Communications and Customer Experience department serves as Western Water's centralized source of public and community engagement, information, and support.
We work collaboratively to support the entire Western Water team.
We frequently interact with elected officials, executive management, community leaders, and customers to strategically develop customer-centric programming and share information with employees, customers, member agencies, businesses, community groups, the public, media, and other stakeholder groups.
What we are looking forWestern Water's Customer Experience Division is searching for an upbeat and reliable individual to provide future and existing customers with exceptional service.
The role of the Customer Experience assistant is to create exceptional brand and engagement experiences for our customers.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the incumbent will provide essential support to the Communications and Customer Experience department, while keeping our value of Service Excellence at the forefront of every activity.

Provide administrative assistance and support duties for the Communications and Customer Experience department.
Participate in and provide information and assistance to the public regarding various technical processes, procedures, and programs; interact with customers across channels and platforms.
Liase with internal stakeholders such as the development services and customer service teams to identify gaps and opportunities in the customer experience.
Collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered - help measure metrics to gauge how the brand is performing on customer experience performance parameters.
Read and interpret data to extract information that can be used to enhance the customer experience.
Support user and information experience improvements across digital engagement and communications tools.
Assist with customer engagement programs (i.
e.
, water use efficiency, education, surveys).
Assist with the logistical planning of customer engagement activities.
The part-time assistant position reports to the Customer Experience Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and ExperienceAssociate degree or equivalent in completed college unitsRequired knowledge and ability to demonstrate experience using the following computer programs:

Environmental:
Employees primarily work in a temperature controlled office environment subject to typical office noise and settings.
Incumbents are expected to use principles of effective safety practices including the use of equipment in a proper and safe manner, use of preventative personal ergonomic techniques, and maintaining safe personal and common workspaces.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
