The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital medicine, a passion for providing quality care, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in a hospital setting.
Perform assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and families about their condition and treatment plan.
Document patient progress in medical records.
Provide leadership and guidance to other nurses.
