ITH Staffing is looking for an experienced Physician Recruiter to join our team.
ITH is a Joint Commission Certified Supplemental Medical Staffing Service specializing in Medical staffing throughout the United States. We are a growing company and the pace is fast! We all wear multiple hats and are often called to jump in and tackle assignments that are not necessarily our responsibilities. DESCRIPTION
The Physician Recruiter is responsible for the successful recruitment and on-boarding of physicians and mid-level employees for various contracts. This role will also assist with the development of strategic physician recruitment plans. Ensures all candidates selected and not selected have a positive experience.
DUTIES:
Identifying, sourcing, screening, recruitment, coordinating of interviews, referencing, and credentialing of physicians and mid-level providers for nationwide positions.
Making outbound calls to potential and existing candidates by telephone and e-mail to qualify them for potential job opportunities.
Educating prospective candidates on the benefits of contracts.
Building and maintaining candidate relationships.
Working with various online ATS systems and VMS systems.
Partners with leadership and physicians to understand talent needs, devise sourcing strategies and build pool of viable candidates.
The successful candidate will possess:
Minimum of 2 years physician recruiting experience.
Sales mentality with closing ability.
Experienced in the principles and procedures of candidate recruitment, selection, compensation, and credentialing of healthcare providers.
Proficient with Microsoft products, Internet Job Boards and internet and social media recruiting.
Must have strong grammar, spelling and rules of composition.
