This position performs a wide variety of maintenance duties including preventative, emergency, cosmetic and routine maintenance and regular inspections.
Nature of work requires physical effort, trouble shooting, problem solving, attention to detail, customer service and time management.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Apartment turnover/make-ready General handyman/maintenance
Experience:
basic plumbing, basic electric, light carpentry, painting, & patching drywall Exterior preventative maintenance Complete turnovers and work-orders in an effective and timely manner Work under direction of Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor Compliance Participation in all maintenance projects and training classes as directed.
Comply with all aspects of Fair Housing and Harassment Awareness training and protocols in performance of all tasks and assignments.
General Candidate must be able to function in an on-call capacity and have reliable transportation.
Basic mathematical and computer skills with fluency in English.
Bilingual a plus.
May be required to work at different locations.
Working onsite is an essential function of the job.
