Tech will need to know how to do at least 5 of the following trades:
Painting Drywall Repair Electrical Repair Light Plumbing Flooring-vct, vinyl, ceramic tile Ceiling grid and tile replacement Plastic Laminate repair Locksmith Doors Stucco Framing You will be provided a company vehicle with gas card and material credit card/accounts.
You may need to work after hours for certain clients.
Applicant must have a clean appearance, clean driving record, pass a background check, and work well with store managers.
