gov Healing Care Hospice is seeking an organized, dedicated, and responsible multi-tasker to serve as our Receptionist for our Branch Office in Riverside.
The position is Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm.
Flexibility and willingness to learn various roles is a must.
Candidate must be very detail-oriented and be willing to juggle multiple demanding tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering phones.
Ordering office and medical supplies.
Supporting the office and clinical staff when necessary.
Helping to build furniture, assemble desks, chairs, etc.
Assist with team coordination and intake of new patients.
Must be able to drive as needed.
Excellent customer service skills are a MUST Strong computer and phone skills are required.
Must be a fast learner.
Health care experience and a bubbly personality is a big plus.
Spanish-speaking is preferred.
Bachelors degree is preferred.
Position includes medical, dental, and vision benefits.
