Under supervision, the Office Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the office.
They play a vital role in maintaining a well-organized, efficient, and productive work environment.
The Office Coordinator interacts with employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

1.
Follows and enforces employee's safety procedures 2.
Report any unsafe conditions to immediate supervisor or manager 3.
Follow, Monitor, and Enforce all food safety procedures 4.
Follows and enforces SQF requirements (Facilities, Equipment, SSOP, SOP, GMP's, and ETC) 5.
Follows and enforces USDA & FDA guidelines and regulations.

Follow Company Policies, Regulations, and Lunch & Break Policies Requirements and Duties:
1.
Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards them to appropriate personnel throughout the day.
2.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring to inquiries.
3.
Create visitor welcome signs on the lobby monitor as needed.
4.
Support Food Safety Defense Program 5.
Performs clerical duties such as filing, and photocopying.
6.
Provides administrative support.
7.
Book the Conference Room and prepare the meeting rooms upon request.
8.
Occasionally order lunch for group meetings upon request.
9.
File and post permits, certifications, and licenses on the front board; keep binder up to date.
10.
Create Fed Ex Shipping labels, schedule pick up appointments, and monitor shipments.
11.
Manage postage machine, copiers, and office supplies.
12.
Create badges for new employees and replace lost or stolen cards.
13.
Reconcile FedEx invoices on a weekly basis and turn them into AP dept.
14.
Order company supplies including toner and coffee as needed.
15.
Fulfill certificate of insurance request and file accordingly.
16.
Help enforce safety protocols, emergency procedures, and maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment.
