The incumbent will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including delivering exceptional customer service, possessing expertise in the development and review of departmental policies and procedures, conducting analyses of newly enacted or modified legislation and evaluating their potential effects on the department, maintaining effective communication as a liaison with multiple state agencies and departments, offering suggestions for enhancements in procedures or organization, and demonstrating proficiency in the creation of reports and manuals.

Services provided included locating, establishing paternity; establishing, modifying, and enforcing a court order for child support; and establishing, modifying, and enforcing an order for health coverage.
