This position reports directly to the Vice President.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Answer telephone calls and customer service email inquiries timely to include, but not limited to, inquiries about available products, estimated shipment dates, invoices, etc.
Perform data entry and import new orders into the order processing system.
Edit orders to add/remove line items or cancel orders within the company's policy.
Enter orders onto the shipping spreadsheet.
Prepare product inventory reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Review daily shipping log, create bills of lading, pick demands & provide these documents to the warehouse to be shipped.
Process customer claims by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Prepare and process company-approved credit memos.
Collaborate with other team members in other departments to find appropriate solutions to customer service needs.
Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study (e.
g.
Business, Business Administration, or Communications) preferred 1
years of proven customer support experience Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiar with CRM systems and practices Compensation:
