Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Provide customers with accurate and reliable information using given tools and training Foster brand recognition through local retail events Maintain high compliance levels for our clients and personal brand by maintaining high levels of professionalism throughout customer interactions and sale process Greet customers with a friendly smile and warm professional demenous Analyze customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions Be at the forefront of customer-facing interactions including but not limited to:
acquisition, retention, and increased sales by cultivating an outstanding customer experience Develop comprehensive knowledge of all client's products, services, deals or sales promotions to ensure the customer is well informed Customer Service Representative Requirements:
High school diploma or GED is strongly preferred Experience in previous customer service, retail, or sales positions are preferred Self-starter with the ability to shine individually as well as team projects Friendly, outgoing, professional and confident demeanor Ambitious, eager, and enthusiastic to take on new challenges Master problem solver and solution oriented in tough situations Team player with a desire to collaborate with others Job Types:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
