- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service - Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment At our hotel, we value our employees and offer competitive

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
