Good computer skills - can type with reasonable speed and navigate technology Great communication skills - this role is about working with the member and other community resource to improve the health and wellness of the member.
Need to be able to keep detailed records.
Willingness to travel - Will receive mileage reimbursement.
Will be required to do 10-12 in person visits each month.
Will be based out of the Riverside office.
Reliability - This role requires 2-3 week training and a high level of trust that the tasks are being executed at a high level.
We want to bring on team members who are willing to stay with the program at least 2 years full time.
This is a 40 hr work week.
Problem solving nature - Self-motivated and interested in creative solutions since each case is so unique.
Dual Language - this is a big plus, in fact any second language skills are a priority.
Comfortable on the phone - A lot of the work is telephonic in nature.
No call reluctance please.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
