Highlights of what our Construction Administrator will do:
Provides administrative support to the fleet manager and staff members of the organization Performs confidential clerical functions for the fleet manager and the yard Requests purchase orders, payment requests and other department forms and documents Answers telephones, handles calls, routes to appropriate individual or takes messages Ensure customers, vendors and employees are handled in a professional and courteous manner Assists with DMV vehicle registrations, licensing and regulations Assists with the administration of the fuel tracking system and reports of employee usage Oversees operations of rental equipment Dispatches small to large equipment to job sites Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as an Admin Assistant will include, but not limited to:
High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not a requirement Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel Knowledge and experience with Sage/Timberline, Paperless, and/or Fleetio is a plus Adaptable to changes in the work environment with the ability to manage competing demands or unexpected events in a very fast-paced environment Salary, Perks and Pluses:
