This is an emotionally sensitive position that remediates & cleans hoarding environments, gross filth, and at times, biological waste from trauma & crime scenes.
Often times the work area may be present with emotional friends and family of the victims and requires a large level of compassion while working.
An ideal candidate possesses the following:
Supervisor experience a plus Go-getter work ethic High level of empathy Strong desire to help people on their worst day Ability to follow procedures unsupervised Flexibility in work schedule Able to handle variable hours from week to week After 10 completed shifts, a $1 per/hour pay increase will be provided for employees who align with culture and meet hiring requirements Jobs are often times unscheduled or emergency clean-ups.
Must be able to work in hot environments for hours at a time and lift 50 to 80 lbs.
