Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and implement ABA programs.
Develop and adjust programs to meet evolving needs.
Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians.
Assist in meeting productivity goals and staff development.
Produce progress reports and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or related program with ABA concentration.
Active BCBA Certification required.
1 year of Clinical Supervision experience preferred.
Experience in Pediatrics is a plus.
