Roles & Responsibilities Create and manage daily maintenance budget including operating expenditures, capital expenditures, labor expenses for the maintenance department Supervise the full-time maintenance staff, and manage work load for maximum efficiency Plan the major repairs for the attractions and buildings Maintain facility in compliance with OSHA, CAL OSHA, and all other pertinent and applicable regulatory guidelines Train all necessary employees in their specific job functions, and maintain the training log for expiring certification Ensure all standard operating procedures are following for park operation, employee relations, timekeeping, and safety including daily, weekly, and monthly documentation Oversee all major new constructions projects using working knowledge of City of Riverside guidelines/restrictions Complete and maintain all daily safety checks for all attractions and all buildings Facilitate annual safety inspections with State of California Department of Industrial Relations:
Division of Occupational Safety and Health, and take any corrective actions necessary Act of liaison with all contractors/vendors for the maintenance department Oversee Halloween constructions and operation Participate in the Maintenance and Park Duty Manager rotation for the park during the operating season Requirements Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent Languages:

Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience with 3-5 years in a supervisory role in a Theme/Aquatic/Recreational facility managing ride and facility maintenance and water treatment operations.

Knowledge of OSHA requirements and regulations CPO Certification DOT Hazardous Materials Training, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Training, DOT Incident Reporting Training, California Code of Regulations Title 22 Training, Lithium Battery Handling, Battery Hazard Communication Training, Aerial High Lift and Rescue Training, and Emergency Spill Response Training Relationships Internal:
