Responsibilities:
Accurately prepare and assist new residents with all leasing paperwork (i.
e.
lease move-in packets, applications, lease agreements and employment and credit checks, maintenance/complaint reports) Assist with the day-to-day operation within the Office , responding to customer and staff by phone, email, fax, and mail on a daily basis.
Assist with preparing and reviewing a variety of correspondence, documents, files, and records for accuracy and completeness; ensures proper signing authority; and distributes documents to appropriate staff related and customers.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Multitask and perform other related duties while helping other staff when needed.
In a fast paced environment.
Multitask Data Entry, records and reports.
Professional attitude and appearance Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
Must be able to work and communicate hand in hand with Supervisor at a daily basis BILINGUAL REQUIRED PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE Job Type:
