The selected candidate will research child support and ancillary systems to obtain or verify case related information, interview custodial and non-custodial parents, answer child support case-related questions, determine appropriate case action needed, initiate documents and monitor compliance, and follow up on case actions.
The Child Support Interviewer will also be responsible for providing information on all family/child support policies, procedures, and case status requests.
Additionally, the incumbent will perform other related duties as required.
The incumbent will also be required to travel to various locations throughout Riverside County.
