OverviewUnder the supervision of the Case Management Director, performs a variety of administrative, staff support and clerical functions, which require a range of skills knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
Assists with inquires, composes edits and proofreads correspondence and reports, and prepares a range of administrative documents.
Special projects as assigned.
ResponsibilitiesAbility to communicate to patients, physicians, visitors and employees in a concise and effective manner.
Ability to compose memos and letters.
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide whole numbers, fractions and percents.
Ability to apply common sense principles, along with knowledge base to analyze and solve problems that arise.
Ability to define a complex problem collects data, establish data, and draw a valid conclusion.
Moderate to complex problem-solving skills and prioritization of needs.
Ability to operate basis office equipment.
QualificationsTwo years of college or equivalent work experience preferred.
Strong ability to read, write and speak English language.
Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
