Job DetailsDuties:
Provide strong leadership and effective management to the teams.
Delegate tasks, foster collaboration, and maintain a positive work environment.
Contribute to departmental strategy development and execute plans efficiently.
Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to drive growth and improvement.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and monitor performance metrics.
Implement best practices and SOPs to optimize efficiency and quality.
Mentor team members, identify training needs, and conduct performance evaluations.
Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions promptly.

Requirements:
Doctorate:
Hold a DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited school.
Licensure:
Possess an active veterinary license, current DEA and controlled substance licenses, and USDA Category Accreditation (or obtain within two months of hire).
Surgical Proficiency:
Demonstrate proficiency in anesthesia and routine surgeries, including spays, neuters, mass removals, and dentals for dogs and cats.
Empathy:
Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor in emotional or stressful situations.
