The Office Manager will be liable for supervising daily office operations to make sure that they run in a smooth and efficient manner, and administer employee and visitor safety. This individual will be expected for the management of office services and processes that assist the core business of the company. The ideal candidate will oversee conference ROOM scheduling, including use of video conferencing unit as applicable. Furthermore, the incumbent will be involved in directing, organizing and planning essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, vending machines, waste disposal and recycling.
3-5 years of office/administrative experience
High school diploma/GED
Specializes in providing consulting services in the areas of: employee benefits, workers' compensation, loss control, financial, and property & liability.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
