Electrical Project Manager (Riverside, CA)

Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Riverside, California office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 7 years of experience managing electrical construction projects for an electrical contractor
Experience in managing educational facilities, schools, universities, etc.
Must be well versed in running public works projects
Understands all aspects of project management, including take-offs, scheduling, change orders & billings, and close-outs
Must understand and follow safety rules & procedures & follow OSHA requirements
Must have good understanding of National Electrical Codes
Must ensure that projects are completed within prescribed budget
Works with supervisors, trade contractors, suppliers to manage schedules, project progress, drawing requirements and material delivery
Must have leadership skills & be able to manage engineering teams
Oversees, delegates and monitors personnel on assigned projects
Proficient on computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with estimating software (Accubid or Maxwell preferred)
Interacts effectively to facilitate job progress
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Skilled in prioritizing, organization and time management
Ensure that company procedures and processes are followed
Must have a collaborative spirit, be a team player, innovative, adaptable, and willing to learn
Stable job history is a must
EDUCATION:
College degree preferred, but not mandatory
