Director of Online Advertising

NW Recruiters is seeking a Director of Online Advertising. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated hands-on marketing professional with 3-5 years of proven ability to implement best practices associated with PPC, SEM and online marketing tactics.

Responsibilities
Plan, design, build and operate highly scaled paid search campaigns across multiple engines?with six-figure monthly budgets
Utilize successful bidding strategies, track, analyze and optimize campaigns in Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, Bing, and other search engines
Proactively target, expand and improve campaigns in response to business needs
Provide ongoing analysis demonstrating ROI and visibility to executives
Actively test and analyze key words, copy and landing pages to increase ROI and drive incremental volume
Manage daily relationships with key search engine companies
Provide detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking techniques in order to increase overall search performance efficiency
Maintain an understanding of industry trends and research industry related media
Resolve issues in the campaign and marshal resources as required to create needed solutions
Recommend and specify changes to make campaign management more efficient or to implement changes required for new directions in campaigns.

Required Skills and
Experience:
At least 3-5 years of hands-on paid search/SEM marketing experience
BA or BS required, advanced degree preferred
Mastery of leading industry tools and technologies
Must have a strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and full command of SEM, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and display advertising
Experience working with large campaigns (i.e. thousands of keywords, ad copies and budgets of +$1MM)
Exceptional negotiation skills, relationship skills and the ability to build rapport with vendors in technology, marketing, and emerging platforms. Existing relationships with digital agencies, portals, ad networks, and other large publishers is a big plus
Deep experience with Google and Bing
Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
Keyword research and experience estimating campaign size and budget
Detailed report creation for paid campaigns
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Ability to work in a team environment


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
