Outside Sales Associate
CertaPro Painters of Riverside is growing and is searching for a full time addition to our Residential Sales Team
Selected Candidate will benefit from our proven systems, a strong repeat customer base and exceptional customer service that have formed a 22 year track record of success. Compensation consists of a competitive mix of salary, commission and bonus that rewards high performers. First year earning opportunity $35-$60k based on historical performances.
Preferred candidate will have a track record of sales success, will be goal-achievement oriented, socially adept and eager to grow and develop skills to support our growing franchise.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

years of B2C sales experience
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets year over year
Comfortable with handling objections and closing deals
Open to working evenings and Saturdays when necessary
Bachelors degree
Valid drivers license and proof of insuranceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
