Administrative Assistant

Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies, and monitoring administrative projects in the calendar department.
Able to multi-task in a fast-pased work environment, self-starter, excellent customer service skills, Microsoft Office skills, organization, professionalism, problem solving, superb verbal communication, skills in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Requirements:
Must type 60 WPM
Workers Compensation preferred, but will train the right candidate
Able to work overtime if necessary
Job Duties:
Provides office operations support such as receiving and screening telephone calls.
On a weekly basis. maintains and update hearing calendar.
Data Entry, Lien filing, Declaration of Readiness filing.
Contributes to effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
