Primary focus - ensuring the Loan Processing Department is flowing efficiently and performing within managed timeline.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage Staff
Current on all Guidelines - FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC
Niche products - DAP's, USDA, CALHFA
Manage work flow
Identify areas of improvement and make necessary changes to improve processes
Great growth opportunity and earning potential.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
