IT Business Systems Analyst
Premier Staffing Source, Inc.'s Riverside, CA location has an immediate need for two (2) IT Business Systems Analysts. The selected candidates must have extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS version 9.0. Candidates should also have experience in design, development, or advanced journey-level functional expertise of a variety of PeopleSoft modules including Talent Acquisition Manager, CORE HR, Benefits, Time & Labor and other modules. Specialized knowledge of Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is preferred.
Experience:
System analysis, and design of business processes
Prepare technical documents (e.g. life cycle documentation, data and process flow charts)
Experience supporting PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning application configuration
Writing and modifying technical and user documentation
Preparing flow process diagrams and other design graphics
Quality and version control processes
REQUIREMENTS:
Completed course work in computer science, computer information systems, data processing, information management, or closely related field
Minimum of four (4) years of related IT experience
