Sales Executive

LGCY Power is hiring for an entry level full time sales, marketing and management training position. At LGCY Power we feel sales and marketing is a critical part of how to exist in the world. Sales and marketing skills are needed throughout your entire life whether in a sales-as-a-profession or as part of other "non sales jobs" daily routines.

We want to teach sales and marketing fundamentals and then move individuals into management as soon as possible! It's how we expand our company.

This position is full time and involves responsibilities in:

Execute full cycle sales process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for on-boarding new customers.
Execute effective sales process and conduct personal needs analysis put out by Sales Manager.
Source active and passive homeowners from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, customer referrals, home-to-home, and self networks.
Generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of homeowners for self under very tight timelines.
Provide pre-qualified homeowners to Sales Manager for training purposes for on the job field training.
Facilitate proposal discussions with homeowners.
Maintain and follow up on prospects' status via the company Power Panel data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.
Communicate with homeowners to create promoters of the brand and service.

Upper management will cross-train all employees in leadership development which includes:
Interviewing (We show you how to interview others and find quality candidates)
Sales and marketing training fundamentals (We have a meeting that's called "Train the Trainer")
Team building and mentoring (We demonstrate an exemplary team environment, so you can duplicate the same)
Entry level marketing and sales consulting (our entry-level energy consultants make over $25/hr)

Qualified candidates:
Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
Maintain a high level of professionalism & integrity
Experience with public speaking and presenting to groups a plus
4 year degree preferred, but not required
1-2 years of customer service, recruiting, or sales related function
Demonstrated leadership ability (i.e. Competitive sports, Military, Profession, extracurricular and/or service related leadership) Sales and Marketing experience is not required
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
