Looking for an Office Assistant for a manufacturer in Riverside who will be responsible for general office duties such as answering phones, filing, data entry and general administration duties.
Good customer service skills are a must! Temp to Hire based on your performance! What you need for this position:
o High school graduate o Manufacturing industry experience a plus! o Must have strong computer skills- Microsoft Suite a must! Word, Excel, Outlook o Ability to enter data accurately at a given speed- 10-key experience a plus! o Great phone skills as you will be talking to our customers! o Strong typing, analytical, and computer skills- must type 40 to 50 wpm.
You will be tested.
o Ability to work Monday to Thursday 7:
00 am to 4:
00 pm and Friday 7:
00 am to 1:
00 pm o Ability to operate other equipment, such as printers, copiers, fax machines.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
