Office Manager


This position will be responsible for all administrative support to the owners along with handling human resource matters when the HR Manager is out of the office, helping with accounting and marketing including newsletters and events. Answering telephones, taking messages an all around well versed employee in all areas of an office.

Position Requires:
4+ years of administrative work experience with strong knowledge of MS Office. Marketing, Accounting and HR experience.

Company Offers: Medical, dental, sick, vacation and holiday pay. Bonus at year end.
Salary: to $20.00/hr.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
