Bachelor's degree in business administration, food science or related field

years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, training and CI methodologies
Expert knowledge of safety policies and procedures, continuous Improvement concepts and processes
Knowledge of project management concepts and techniques, regulatory procedures, budgetary concepts
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Direct management of the Informance system and other data
Facilitate identifying opportunities to improve productivity, cost, quality, delivery, safety and morale
Oversee OPL and other processes
Recruit and oversee associates, develop strategic plan for training and development
Prepare technical reports and presentations
Assist in developing capital improvement cost/benefit analysesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
