ITH Staffing is looking for an experienced Nurse Recruiter to join our team. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in travel nurse recruiting and that has the ability to hit the floor running with little down time for training. The right candidate should be self motivated, sales driven individual with excellent relationship building skills.
ITH is a Joint Commission Certified Supplemental Nurse Staffing Service specializing in Travel Nursing staffing throughout the United States.

DESCRIPTION
The Healthcare Recruiter will recruit Travel Nurses & Allied Healthcare providers and is responsible for sourcing and recruiting potential travel candidates and for delivering service excellence to both hospital clients and healthcare professionals by securing and verifying the documentation needed to start a travel assignment in a timely manner.
DUTIES:
Identifying and recruiting qualified nurses and allied providers for nationwide positions.
Making outbound calls to potential and existing candidates by telephone and e-mail to qualify them for potential job opportunities.
Educating prospective candidates on the benefits of Travel.
Building and maintaining candidate relationships.
Working with various online ATS and VMS systems.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL POSSES:
Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in travel nursing.
Sales mentality with closing ability.
Full cycle healthcare recruiting and staffing agency experience.
Experienced in the principles and procedures of candidate recruitment, selection, compensation, and credentialing of healthcare providers.
Proficient with Microsoft products, Internet Job Boards and internet and social media recruiting.
Must have strong grammar, spelling and rules of composition.
