SUMMARY


To plan, manage, and continually evaluate branch operations in a manner which ensures high customer, employee, and shareholder satisfaction.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Monitors operation/ production status, labor and expenses


Ensures that key measurements such as safety, production schedules, gals and budgets are established and achieved.


Operations activities are administered and monitored in compliance with key measurements


Devises strategic plans in order to anticipate business opportunities and technological changes


Capital budget is procured and justified so that sound investments and high return on investments are realized


Continuous improvement is promoted and supported


Hold accountable team members to develop and implement robust processes to improve quality and productivity within the area


Facilitates employees by way of conflict resolution, reviewing individual performance, and representing/ participating at business meetings


Employees' performance is appraised to ensure success and positive attitudes


Conflict resolution is undertaken to resolve problems


Employee involvement and safety is promoted and supported


Oversee daily/ weekly production, staff, business unit, and CIP meetings.


Relevant business topic and plans for execution are prepared ahead and discussed at meeting


Manage shop and mobile technicians.


Other duties as assigned


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience


Eight plus years of related experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel


Demonstrated ability to make decisions, problem-solve, and evaluate information


Good organization and planning skills


Experience with dispatching process, managing tech utilization, ensuring quality techs via VOC and KPI's

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
