GardaWorld Security Services is looking for Special Response Officers (SROs) to fulfill different assignments for our clients.
JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Responsibilities specific to this role include, but are not limited to:
Must be willing to drive up to 30 - 40 miles to any given job siteAble to accept last-minute assignments due to call-offs or No Call No ShowsAbility to create accurate activity and incident reports as neededAbility to observe, survey, report and respond to critical situations while on any given propertyMinimum of 1 year relevant Security experience PreferredGeneral Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service to our clientsObserve, survey, and report activities at the assigned siteRespond quickly to critical situationsAbility to read and write detailed reportsEnforce client procedures, regulations, and standardsQUALIFICATIONSQualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
A valid California BSIS Guard Card is required, 40 hours of state required training preferred but may be obtained during our onboarding process.
A valid driver's license is required.
Must have a clean driving recordA valid CPR certification is required, but may be obtained prior to hire.
At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)Pass an extensive screening processWhelan Security of California, Inc.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
