Technics Floor Standing Speakers - Black Technics Floor Standing Speakers Model SB-A65 3-Way - Black Condition: Good NOTE: There is some modification: * The original pair of Technics Tweeters Driver have been replaced by a pair of Polk Dynamic Balance Tweeter Driver Speakers model SL5000. Behind the speaker is a cut thick piece of cardboard (painted black) to cover some exposed gap between the back of the speaker and its original hole. * Add-on a banana jack access on the back panel for each speaker. * Only on one pair of the speakers, the woofers, or the large 3rd. and 4th. speakers (counted from the top down), there is a small hairline cut on a paper-made surround of the cone, accidentally by a brush during dusting. Thought that putting several drops of super glue may help keep it intact. Now the affected area on each speaker are discolored and the spots become hardened. It can be compared like dry scrap on a healed wound. Tested, there is no affect on the sound. * There are two drilled holes on the front wood panel of each speaker (there are nothing wrong with the speakers),thought about changing to other brand name, but did not go through with it.
